Project Description: This project is located between the 400m outdoor track and the new South End Zone Expansion of Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. It contains a 200m track around a full-length football field. It serves the function of housing practice areas for football, track, golf, tennis and baseball. The football locker room strategically connected to the stadium via tunnel cut into the promenade. All functions are located adjacent to the football operations. These functions include training area, equipment room, weight facility, players lounge, banquet facility, coaches’ offices, positional meeting rooms and team meeting rooms. The Head Coach’s office is located on the second floor with immediate access and views to the indoor field, outdoor practice field and the stadium. This facility has garnered many accolades for its function, design aesthetic and its budget. It is regarded by many collegiate and professional organizations as one of the premier training facilities in the country.
