Project Description: Raymond High School Gymnasium and Center for the Performing Arts

This is a 71,500 square foot $18.5M facility. It consists of a 2000 seat Gymnasium and a 1000 seat Performing Arts Facility. The Gymnasium houses 2000 seat spectator seating, Home and Visitor Girls and Boys locker rooms with team meeting areas, Weight Room, Coaches’ Offices, Officials’ Locker Room, Multipurpose Meeting room overlooking court, Media Platforms, Production Facility, two Classrooms, Restrooms and Lobby with Concessions and SpiritStore. The Center for the Performing Arts is a 1000 Auditorium that consists of three levels of seating, theater lobby. Balcony, Orchestra Room, Lighting Controls room, Girls and Boys Wardrobe Rooms, Make up Room, Mezzanine Storage and a Back of House with 2000 square foot Theater Shop. The combined facility shares Lobby, Concessions, Restrooms, Ticket Office, five Multipurpose meeting areas and a covered drop off. The facility is regarded as one of the best High School facilities in the State.
